contrail installation

hi, i purchased a discounted KMIA from LVFR website and downloaded from Contrail app, but it doesn't seemed to have installed and i was not asked for a order number, in contrail it says v1.01 installed but it isn't , i thought it could be w10 anti virus so i uninstalled and re installed but same thing ?,

Hi,
you need to:

1- Download the app

2- Install

3- once in if you bought from the LVFR webshop, click login to our shop. Then you will be offered to download KMIA.

hi Ricardo, i followed your instructions, deleting everything beforehand and i am still getting the same problem, ive taken screenshots which i have tried to add to this post but they are too big, i can see the lvfr-kmia folder in my community , but for some reason its just not loading into the sim. i am no expert in KMIA but iam 100% sure it is the default airport that is loading , is there a way around this ?, thanks Phil (uk)
just to add i have my community folder in a custom drive, would that cause a problem?

Hi, you shouldn't do anything with no folder. The installation is automatic.

Please show us a picture of KMIA when able.
