Re: SCEL V2.2 - Floating objects
Well, solved the floating issue...
Just ran ORBX AEC, and migration process, and everything went well.... Interesting its affecting some specific portions of the airport structure.
A little thing i can see is that my airplanes are sunken into the ground a bit:
I guess that might be reviewed soon...
I hope this information is useful for anyone...
Happy Flying!

Hello Raphael,
Is this sinking just in that area or do you have in other sections as well, such as taxiways/runways?
thank you

Re: SCEL V2.2 - Floating objects
I see it is happening all over the scenery.
In some areas, like runways(where i think there are other layers, like runway effects) it feels like sunken a bit deeper sometimes, but i bet its part of the visual effect betwen the elevation layer and some effects layer and all related to the elevation issue.
For expl next picture I think its the tires marks visual layer that seems even above the "elevation issue layer", so wheels seem really sunken into the ground at this point:
I forgot to mention that my simulator is comming from a fresh windows format, fully updated and P3DV4.4 Full installation. Just in case its important to mention that given your recommendation inside the manual.
Thanks for support,

Re: SCEL V2.2 - Floating objects
All right, Thanks...
BTW, using GSX i see people head over the jetway roof.... its more of the same i bet, since GSX is based on airport's height.... There are a couple of videos around about it....
Looking forward for advice/update.... Txs

Re: SCEL V2.2 - Floating objects
Tryed to get from original site. i saw them somewhere in aviation facebook group. Couldnt make one myselft, but i took some screenshots for you at Gate C4:
You can see people head over the jetway, and they start descending until you can not see their head near the airplane. My guessing: Airport altitude below the issue layer, but GSX takes issue layer as reference and people walk in the air? Its a very bad non-technical explanation, but i hope this info is usefull for your investigation and the elevation issue...

Re: SCEL V2.2 - Floating objects
Hi, I am posting about a similar issue to the OP's first question. I also have floating buildings and spike looking things. I also have Z-fighting on the taxiways when I look at them from a certain angle. I have run Orbx AEC many times and it hasn't fixed a thing and I have moved the scenery all up and down the priority list. I am loving the scenery keep up the amazing work! Thanks for the support too! Got some pictures it is hard to show the Z-fighting but it is happening pretty bad.
