Upgrade KMIA P3d v4 to v5

I had purchased v4 from Simmarket but do not see any updates there. How can I upgrade to v5 or do I have to buy it again?

Hi, when you add the product in simmarket at checkout it will apply the discounted price of 15 EUR.
