SCEL Problem with parking position and GSX

Hello guys

The SCEL scenario (Santiago, Chile) in general in most of the doors when positioning myself with an A321 or A320, the airplane by default is far behind the parking position, so the GSX does not allow connecting the gate, and I must manually move the plane later to be able to operate the gates.

Is there an update that solves this problem?

Hi, unfortunately the jetway length is too short on some gates that this happens. We suggest you either bring your aircraft closer to the jetway or use another gate to park.
