KBWI Elevation Issues

Ever since I have had KBWI, I've noticed a couple key issues in terms of elevation:
Intersection of taxiways U and P (or maybe T), there seems to be a hole in the ground. Whenever I'm taxiing to the A-C gates to RWY28 and making the right turn from P (or T) to U, the aircraft acts like it taxied into a ditch, even though I'm on the middle of the taxiway.
Runway 10 short final - I was landing RWY 10 and around 100 feet AGL, right above the start of the displaced threshold, the aircraft acted like it hit a fence, even though there appeared to be nothing there. I was not low on approach at all. The aircraft almost stopped midair like it got caught in a tree, then wiggled out and I was able to touch down normally.
Also, bunches of little bumps all over the taxiways and runways.
I ran the V1.1 fix available on SimMarket but nothing changed.

Hi, can you show me pictures of where you have 'hole in the ground'? and where you say you are taxiing into a ditch.
