Can't download KBWI

Purchased KBWI for FSX today and received serial number and links. However, clicking on the link results in nothing happening.

I've tried multiple times, even logged on pulled up the original invoice and tried that link.

BTW, both server icons show as online and I've tried clicking on the icon, the download arrow and title.. Nada.

Any help would be appreciated.
