(solved) KMIA v5.1 still missing autogen textures

I enjoy this new v5.1 scenery (even though it is a worse hit on frames) but I have an issue related to something I had assumed was fixed with the 5.1 release (mentioned in item one in the fix list):

1. Added missing autogen textures, those who did not have a previous version of KMIA, were seeing black textures.

Here is a screen capture looking towards the approach to runway 12 (just off of the right wing in my screen capture):

Looking at Google Maps, it seems that this isn't "autogen" but rather a custom texture for models you used to create the "Trump National Doral Miami" golf resort.

Yes, very sorry about this, we did not add some textures to the latest installer build. This hotfix adds those textures, in the next update we should have it on the full installer:

I have the exact same issue of black texture at the golf resort buildings (latest installer, downloaded today), but the hotfix is not available anymore.
