Madrid downloading error (Solved)

I just bought and paid for Madrid, now its not letting me download it.. the screen flashes and comes up with an error that I am not not authorized to download

Yet I bought and paid for it..

Its happening with both sceneries I had with you.. Madrid and now KMSY as well
