KMSY performance

I have a strange performance issue at New Orleans. If I load an airplane and taxi around the airport, I have no performance issues averaging around 30 fps. If I slew the plane away from the airport and do some approaches, I still have no problem. However, if I have KMSY as the destination airport after an hour flight, the fps drops to 10-15. I checked my memory and it's the same in each circumstance. I've deselected options in the config manager with no improvement. Any idea on what I could be missing? This is the only airport where I have this problem.

The drop in frames occurs on final approach (within a quarter mile) at 300' AGL. This causes signifant stuttering through landing along with the taxi to the terminal.

Ok, so this is very strange, the scenery pops up around 7 or 8 miles out, and just before landing you get this issue. You are not landing always in rain aren't you?

No rain, it's fair skies normally. I don't know what else to do, I may just have to set this airport aside. Your other airports work very well for me.

Ricardo, solution found. I had enabled and disabled most of the options in the scenery configurator before, but not until tonight did I disable the static traffic and ship traffic. It was those two options that was causing the stuttering, most likely the ships. I can now fly into here with acceptable performance, even with my FSLabs A320.
