Everytime that I land with one of my LVFR aircraft, the A319, the A321, the A330-900, the A330-200 or the A340, I always have the same issue. I can't select the ground services anymore from the EFB. It just doesn't work anymore. I can open the doors or the cargo doors, but the stairs, catering, AC, GPU, doesn't work anymore. I can't select it for some strange reason... Any suggestions on how to resolve this?
Also, on the A321, the left 2 doors become invisible from the outside and cabin flickers on the inside between a cabin without and a cabin with textures.

I’m having the same issue, the cabin door, luggage door and cabin lights are the only things that work now.

The question is do you have parking brake set and engines shut down? because we are getting the services, just that you need engines shutdown and parking brake set.

Good morning! same problem here. A321 A330-200 A330-900 A340 after landing ground service is impossible to use. the doors can be opened but when you click from the EFB on GPU jattway or stairs there is no response. We note that everything works perfectly at startup. We also note that on A320 there is no this problem. Xbox series X and engine stopped, parking brake applied.

Can confirm this has always been an issue,can't ask for gpu despite ext (always) saying available. Same for all the other planes

Apologies you are all experiencing this issue. I have never experienced this problem, and I have flown these aircraft a lot and always use GSX. After I land, I always make sure to request taxi to a gate by GSX. Sometimes I use the follow me, but sometimes I don't. That all depends on the airport and if I feel like looking at the charts. Once I'm parked at the gate, I use the GSX menu to begin deboarding.
Sometimes, I need to use the GSX menu edit airport positions and click the little aircraft icon to increase the size of the parking spot, because the parking is too small for the aircraft. I have run into an issue where I could not hear the error "this parking is too small for your aircraft" because GSX sound is not compatible with my fiber optic surround sound. This causes the ground services to not work, and there is no on screen prompt that indicates why nothing is working.
Anyway, give what I mentioned a try and see if it works for you and report back. I'll do another flight soon and check again in one of the aircraft you mentioned to see if there has been a change that I'm not aware of.
