Good evening, I don't have the 330 light update, is that normal?
We expect this update now to be released tomorrow night.

Fantastic. It’s Thursday at 21:57 UK time but release is missing. Really I am unhappy and angry. I knew it that it is not happening today probably not tomorrow. For rest who think about buy this product, please watch this topic on this forum and wait for confirmation that issue is resolved before you make decision that you really need it this plane. I am feeling cheated by you who promised today to solve this issue. I know that Friday will be for 2 hours but really I cannot believe that will be in just in time. I am patient and wait but probably I will start proces refund my money because I thought that product was tested and confirm that basic issue is not existing. I am not frustrating I want to back my money if you cannot deliver solution. That is all.

I am personally very frustrated about this delay. We sent the update on Tuesday the 8th of October. We then thought it was going to be released Friday 11th, but then they told us it will be released today October 17th. So we asked this last Monday to resubmit the update with other fixes because the days after release we fixed some issues with brakes and also with the way AI traffic taxiied the plane.

So last Monday we resubmitted.

And it so happened that today wasn't released.

Again, the entire responsability lies in us, no one else for these issues. Our current frustration is the the slow speed of the release of updates, since we saw last week that similar submissions on a Monday, on a Thursday it was released.

Our deepest apologies for these issues.

I was told it was going to be today. In all the years sending updates and releasing this has been the longest and most frustrating.

I will get confirmation, but it must be Monday 21st. Let me get confirmation first.

Hi. So Microsoft is in charge of when an update comes for a developer of airports and aircraft? They must have to verify the updates?
