Montevideo FSX SE

Hi

I have a problem with the scenery for Montevideo in FSX , the default ground is bleeding through, I have tried changing the terrain mesh settings, but that doesnt help.

It is only on the runway that the problem exists.

Any suggestions would be appreciated
