As for the fairings and what you believe is wrong, the people who worked them knew what they were doing and based it on real life. If there is any change we might again in the future.

Please add Lift Augmentation to.
The ailerons are deflected down when flaps are extended (aileron droop). There are 2 neutral positions for aileron droop: one for CONF 1+F, the other for CONF 2, 3, FULL.
