Hello, it is impossible for me to have the ground equipments after I land the plane. Even when doing cold & dark from the tablet. Only the doors and holds open. When I click on stairs, gpu cones etc it stay White and Nothing shows up.

Are you sure engines are off, parking brake is set, and engine ignition is normal? not to start?

Everything is off. Even if I do cold and dark , after Landing I can t use ground equipments.
