All displays including the tablet turning black

Hello, I bought the LVFR A321NEO in the in-game store. I had the problem right from the start that all the displays in the cockpit suddenly went black. I don't know whether this is a general error from the MSFS or just from the LVFR A321NEO. It also happens less often with some liveries than with others and also with airports. For example if I in the Swiss livery, everything is black from the start when I teleport to Zurich airport. Maybe someone else has this problem and I would be happy if someone could help me.

I play cloud gaming and sometimes on PC but cloud gaming is faster.
