MSFS Closes after selecting Aircraft

Hello Guys ,

I just bought LVFR a330 , but as soon as I select the aircraft , the MSFS get stuck at loading flight screen and then closes .

I load the aircraft , and as soon as it starts to load up the sim crashes .

strange, do you have other addon aircraft too? if so which?

You bought via contrail or marketplace?

and do me a favor, please uninstall the headwind 330 just to test something and let me know.

do you have the headwind 330?

I had it, but I removed it before I installed your A330. This problem is solved now; I followed your suggestion above and deinstalled and installed it again an know it's working. But now I have another problem: it's not able to release the parking brake at a stand/gate. I saw in the forum that all doors must be closed and the service equipement must removed to release the parking brake. Well, I followed that but unfortunately it's still not possible to release it. When I try, there's a light click to off and back to on.
