A330-900 issue (xbox series s)
Everything seems normal but when I hit 10,000ft the trim starts to go negative and it tries to level out and the altitude selected doesn’t doesn’t work so I can’t ascend

I’m not 100% sure what it’ll be, but it’s not the plane itself.
There was a recent update, that could have not installed properly. Reinstall the plane fully. Turn off all assistance and then save and restart the game.
Are you climbing to 10000 or descending? Not sure how much difference it would make but I’d guess there could be an issue with the flight plan or phase initialisation. Like an incorrect constraint, cruise altitude or planned altitude; something like that.
Just double check that the MSFS Assistance Settings are turned off, Auto-Trim, Ai Piloting etc… I’m on a Chromebook via Xbox cloud gaming, they just reset sometimes, both ways.
Once you’ve made sure the assistance is disabled and the new install is finished, just load up on the runway and manually fly it through 10000. If that works, and repeating with a plan doesn’t: it will be something to do with the plan.
Did you use SimBrief or the world map planner?

Re-installed it and sorted out the settings, all sorted out and running well, thanks!

Usually when you hit 10,000 feet the plane wants to accelerate to climb speed which usually is around 320kts, so the plane seems like is leveling but it isn't really.
To avoid this you can either have speed selected and gradually increase the speed or have VS control the climb.
