A321 Approach Mode Before Takeoff

Over the last week the A321 is skipping to Approach Mode before takeoff and will stay engaged in that mode for entire flight. Is there a way to put back in Takeoff mode? I also noticed the flight plan does not accurately reflect distance or countdown distance to destination. Is this a known issue that surfaces lately? This is on Xbox for reference. Easy workarounds to still enjoy but was just curios.

the eventual avionics update will fix this.

In the meantime we are releasing a new EFB where you can import better simbrief flight plans and the approach mode issue will not happen. That will sort it till we finish the new avionics.
