My Xbox when I want to configure the route by simbrief I put my id and it throws me someone else's routes and besides I can't transfer them to the CDU or I don't remember their name, it should be clarified that I don't have the Navigraph subscription

Don’t want to sound like your mother, but have you triple checked your ID.
I don’t have a subscription either, and bar the plan not syncing a few times, it’s never given me the wrong plan.
I was reluctant to start using Simbrief on Xbox but I was seriously impressed with how easy it was, and the fact it’s practically instant. I’ve never refreshed the tablet and it be anything but what I want.

However, if the send to cdu is not working, and I believe on the a320 you had to be sure to leave the game alone until it worked. If the compass on the hud changed and the navigation doesn’t show on the screen; it’s probably just not aligned.

On the FMC go to the init page
Input the CI and Crz if required from Simbrief
Then press align to irs and confirm

Otherwise I’d genuinely recommend the A330, despite its real life uses, I still use it for the same flights the a320 would do and it’s great. No matter what I pick it’s a lottery for black screen at big modded airports. So I take the a330 and use stansted or Gatwick. Instant syncing and no black screen.

I was informed that there is a memory issue with XBOX that causes the black screens to happen. This is something that is currently being worked on.

I imagine the fix will require some kind of reduction to other aspects of the planes. It’s probably the Xbox’s processor capacity or optimization.

But I have no right to complain, the fact the busiest airports in the world only give me black screen is mental when I’m playing on a Chromebook via Xbox cloud play.
