TJSJ Ground issues with update 1.03

Post by Bori99 » Fri Feb 09, 2024 9:08 pm

After recently updating to version 1.03 through contrail and loading up the airport taxi ways A and B including the bridges are unusable. The are floating above the ground including other scenery items such as the road bridge next to the taxiways and the ground in the center or the parking area is now elevated. I tried doing a fresh install and the issue persists. Is there any way we can have this looked at? I know the last update removed El morro and that took a year to do but this update completely broke the airport for me.

You did not have this issue before the update? because we did not modify this.

Correct It was fine before the update. I tried a clean install from contrail, wiping my rolling cache and adjusting my lod settings and nothing seems to remedy it.

I'm sorry to inject my thoughts on this but there was always an issue with that taxiway bridge and I did email LVFR (Ricardo) about this and even included pictures. The previous version was not as high as it is now in this update version but it was there. GA aircrafts bounced all over the place when crossing this bridge.

So this is a recurring issue. Then we gonna have to try to edit and fix and send the update again.

Agreed I brought it up in an older post I made regarding the Morro after the USA world update. This new update to remove it definitely exacerbated the issues which were already present in those taxiways. Even some of the landslide terraforming. Hopefully after the airbus updates maybe we can get a nice refresh of the airport it’s definitely looking a little dated compared to others.

Good evening all,

Having the same issue, both bridges are like 5ft above the taxiways elevation,
