Contrail starts to install for a second then says it failed.

Hi, I've purchased two things from LVFR. Is there any way to circumvent needing Contrail? Every time I download the installer, it starts installing then I get "Installation has failed, there was an error installing the application, check the setup log and contact the author. The setup log is extremely long and I can't make too much sense of it. It's too long to post here, but I can try to cut it up into parts if that's necessary to see for a fix. Thank you!
