Baggage Ramp missing with AREX Middle East Africa

Hi,

i purchased AREX Europe, Asia Pacific and Middle East Africa. With Middle East Africa installed, the "baggage ramp" (the one that loads the baggage into the aircraft) is missing on all airports in Regions covered by AREX, while the baggage truck is still there.
It works on airports outside of these regions. When i uninstall AREX Middle East Africa, the baggage ramp reappears on airports in Europe and Asia.
It does not seem to be a problem caused by scenery, as it is the same on default and 3rd party airports.

I've recently been tasked to assist on the forum. My focus has been on the Airbus support, so I apologize I haven't looked into the scenery side of things. I will need to install the scenery first, and then I will look into it to verify the issue.

I just installed AREX Middle East, loaded the LVFR A321 at HECA Egypt, and I have a baggage loader with Egypt Air logo shown.

My vehicle density, ground aircraft density, and worker density are all set at 0.

Please let me know if you're still experiencing this problem.
