Sorry...I need help. I have reinstall MSFS2020 and now the interior is empty...no animated passengers.

Do you have the horizon simulations addon installed in your community folder? This addon is an addon that makes the LVFR A321neo use the Fly-by-Wire A32NX systems and presets. Currently that addon does not support the cabin interior. Try removing that addon from your community folder. If you do not have this add-on, or are on Xbox, check the EFB tablet under the plane and bus icon. Animated Passengers can be found under there.
