I have just purchased the Barcelona airport scenery for Xbox Series S (21/01/23), unaware there is an ongoing issue with the main terminal building not appearing.

It doesn't seem fair that you have allowed this purchase to take place, knowing there are reported issues with this particular platform.

I would therefore like a refund on this please, however there doesn't appear to be an email address to contact you.

Can you please assist with this?

Hi, this issue is something we can't replicate. We don't know why it happens. We are sending microsoft an update, but they are very busy and it will take time for them to process. So we are waiting for them to finish they backlog and send it to test. We hope that happens in the next weeks. We apologize in the meantime.

UPDATE With the last update of LEBL published the problem has been solved and the building appear now without problem!
Today I bought the LEMD Scenary and the problem remains the same and Terminal building doesn’t appear as it didn’t do it in LEBL previous versions. Could you please check and update also LEMD?
