The ipad in the cockpit on xbox is bugged.
all the buttons are placed somewhere random in the cockpit.

You need to go to "general options' Accessibility and on font size reduce it to the minimum size.

I am on PC and I'm having the same issue. The iPad is no longer functional and I cannot click any of the keys no matter which aircraft variant I use. Minimum text size is set as well.

EDIT: Upon second reinstall the iPad is completely bright pink. All downloads have been through the MSFS Marketplace sale.

I've downloaded this and reinstalled multiple times. The iPad issue makes this aircraft not possible to fly at night as the extremely bright pink light ruins the flight. I can see the toggle button to turn it off, but it won't work either. I'm extremely frustrated. Is there a possibility of gaining a clean download I can install in my community folder myself with proof of purchase? The plane is not usable.

there might be an addon on the community folder causing this. An old version of the 787 HX was causing this, confirm you don't have it .
