A330 - 900 MCDU DEAD & UNCLICKABLE

I buy lvfr a330 from mfs market just few days ago using Steam version mfs2020. I was happy a little bit before I find all mcdu's are completely dead and unclickable! Just like you don't have it. You can fly, do whatever you want but you can't use mcdu! Black screen and no any effect when you try to click buttons!!!!!!!!! I allready send email to support and no body answer me as in Facebook message to oficcial page, please do somebody have any idea how to fix it?!?!

I allready reinstall a lot of time this plane, I delite headwind a33, I have no idea what to do please! I have only one quastion how do you can sell a broken plane for Dat money without any support??????

Only all MCDU is dead black and unclickable, the EFB are working stable

You are on PC or XBOX? And if you are in PC you aren't using any mods?

I'm on PC STEAM version.
I have no any mods.
I have Last version of graphic updates for NVIDIA MSI RTX4090, win11 pro officcial.

This what I see when I reinstall it "downloading lvfr-a330-900-1.0.1.fspackage.001"

Maybe it helps. I can share my screen in discord and fix it online or something,..

In final 99% of downloading it was 1.0.2, decompressed 1.0.1. And 1.0.2.
Maybe some version download miss?!

don't think that's a problem, what is important is the version that shows in the content manager
