For what it's worth, my specs: i7-5820k (not overclocked), 1080ti and 16 GB of RAM

In Latinvfr KMIA v5.1, I'm getting 60 fps outside with PMDG 777 loaded up and running (in Chaseplane's static mode)

Inside in the virtual cockpit, I'm getting a solid 35+ fps at all times with PMDG 777 started up and all systems running, ready for pushback.

I get these fps with most of the graphical settings in P3D set to mostly high, with building, trees, simobject shadows disabled, autogens very dense, scenery complexity Ultra, view distance Very high.

I haven't disabled a single setting in KMIA configurator tool to achieve this. Everything there is enabled, and runway lights set to static.

I’m having the same issues. The airport is unflyable even after the configuration tweaks. I run an Alienware Aurora R4 Intel i7 4820K, NVDIA 1050 card. Any help appreciated

Hi, I understand some people might have some issues here.

KMIA is the first 100% PBR mega airport available in P3dv4. So there is no precedent here, we also added many 4K textures.

Please try the recommended settings in the manual, P3dv4 is a platform dependent on hardware. Most people here with issues have them with low-to mid range type of systems, they shouldn't have issues running KMIA v5, but if you are please either try our suggestions in the manual or try and reset your prepar3d.cfg file and see how it does with those settings as default.

We hope to accommodate everyone but as people have seen most of the customers are running KMIAv5 fine, so it all depends on your hardware, settings and tweaks.
