Aircraft not showing up under aircraft selection

Hello, just bought this aircraft in Msfs marketplace. it shows thats its downloaded and installed but it is not showing up under aircraft selection. anyone to assist?

Having the same issue.

It was working fine until I started having CTD for an unrelated issue, uninstalled just in case but when I went to reinstall it appeared to work but won’t show up in the aircraft selection nor can I find it in my community folder. Tried a few times also restarted the sim after install, no luck getting it back.

Still no luck on getting the A339 to show back up in the aircraft selection (PC)

- doesn’t happen when I remove other market place addons

- have tried removing and reinstalling with restarting sim multiple times

- have tried signing out of the xbox app and Microsoft store then signing back in

- tried in SU14 Beta

Not sure why this is happening as it was working fine before I removed it the first time

Are you 100% sure its installed?

any other airplane you bought in the marketplace that happens the same?
