HELP!! I am really stumped!

For the past month all of my latinvfr airports EXCEPT FLL turn completely black after using the sim two or three times. The temporary solution is to reinstall the airports but then after a few sim sessions they all turn black again like the texture is missing! The only LatinVfr airport which does not do this is FLL. This also happens to Flightbeam and D Designs KORD and KEWR. I am using orbx NC LC and global. I am on P3D V4.5 HF2, specs are i9-9900, RTX 2080 super 11GB. Has anyone ever heard of airports going black suddenly? Like I said I can temporarily solve the problem by reinstalling them but after two or three sim sessions they go black again. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I am really stumped on this one!

I do, I recently bought this as well. The problem started before I bought MIA. It is almost like my computer is deleting the textures somehow but FLL is spared.
