I noticed some unevenness in the water off the coast, which appears to be in-line with the shipping channel out of the harbor just to the northeast of the airport (Stranahan River). I'm not sure it's very evident in the photos but there is a depression, the north side of which is very visible when looking north after taking off from runway 10R. It appears a flatten is required here.

I'm using Pilots FS Global 2010 mesh (resolution set to 10m) and ORBX Vector and OpenLC North America, if those have any bearing here.

Aside from that small problem, congratulations on creating a beautiful airport!
