Low frames in LEMD

Hi,

i have about 8 - 15 frames in LEMD and so it´s not possible to use it.
I set Texture Resolution to 2048, normal i use 4096
Dynamic reflections and Shadows set to low, normal i use medium.

In Miami v5 i have no problems, only in LEMD.

My specifications:

- Intel Core i5 8400 (Coffee Lake) 6 Cores
- 32 GBytes DDR4 RAM
- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060

Software:

- P3D 4.5 with hotfix
- ORBX (BASE Pack, Buildings HD, Trees HD, VECTOR,openLC Europe)
- PMDG 737-800 NGXu
