KMIA no center/runway lights at night

Hello, I have your KMIA scenery and Prepar3d v4.5 hotfix 3, when I fly to or out of KMIA the runways have no full lighting (center/edges) landing at night I can only see the PAPI lights and the alignment lights before the runway, I have also SODE 1.7.1 installed.
Please let me know how to configure or why the runway lights don't show.

This are the options I had when I downloaded it, I don't remember which one I used, but from the options seems that it should have been the P3dv4_5.1.exe (see below).

So you don't have the lights, but you do have the jetways correct?
