BDL Glossy, wet, reflective walls

See image, the exterior walls are wet and showing reflective textures. Note: walls not windows.

hi, please have 'dynamic reflections' at least on "LOW" or MEDIUM not off.

dynamic reflections are off. I never use them.

You can see i've cleared the sky but still getting this reflection. dynamic reflections are set to off.

Hi, this happens because Dynamic reflections are off.

If you put dynamic reflection son LOW, it won't happen, and you won't have any performance impact. At all. Please test.

Okay I tried that. It's better but the building textures still have these reflective textures. Is this how it's intended to look?

Hi, that area is a metallic type of reflective surface yes.
