KBDL Jetways are missing, what to do?

I just purchased and installed KBDL. Installation was normal, although not into the default path.
SODE 1.7.1 is installed, airport vehicles are coming/going.
Running the Text-Menu Command I get a "No triggerable objects found within 6.5nm/12km"

The odd part is that only ONE jetway is showing at position 1. Positions 3, 5, 7, and every other position do not show a jetway.

I did uninstall/reinstall as part of troubleshooting but did not do any good.
How to fix this?

Hi, I need to be sure SODE is working, there is no jetways there, can you go to programdata/12bpilot/SODE and see if in the XML folder there is LatinVFR-KBDL?

Yes there is, called LatinVFR_KBDL.xml

Hi, do you have scenery complexity at NORMAL at least? and did you have any configuration file from GSX for KBDL before?

Complexity is set at Very Dense. I do not have GSX. I had it installed at some point in try before you buy but decided against and I uninstalled it.

Note: I uninstalled the scenery and removed every trace of it. After shutdown/startup I have installed the scenery with the default path settings (<drive>:\<FS Directory>\LatinVFR\Hartford_KBDL and the Jetways miraculously showed up. I will leave it here for now, since it worked.
