LEMD RWY 18R Texture

Hola Ricardo,

When landing on RWY 18R yesterday, I noticed a rogue texture just to the left of the extended threshold - see attached screenshot. Triangular and seems to float just above the surface, causing a shadow.

I have seen the same issue landing on 18R. (Left side of the runway.)
