no buildings at Ksan v4.5

So i'm doing a fresh reinstall of p3d and all its add-ons, like disk wipe fresh. i'm trying to install your KSAN but i'm only getting jetways, no buildings or surrounding building, I've linked screenshots.

I'm have version 2.3 installed and i'm using Orbx SC but i have the BGL file turned off. any help is appreciated.

Hi, which version of KSAN is this? and do you have scenery complexity at least in NORMAL?

I'm using version 2.3 for V4 and the scenery complexity is set to Dense. i've also turned off,
FTX_SCA_objects_KSAN_PLC.bgl.off
ADE_FTX_SCA_KSAN.bgl.off

And left active,
ADE_FTX_SCA_KSAN_CVX.bgl

Hi, these files you seem to mention are ORBX socal files. They may be interfering with our scenery. I can't answer regarding these files and don't know how they will influence.

Perhaps removing the one you left active, perhaps that file is an exclude and that's why you have the issues.

Removing them compactly did not help. still the same results. so for I've re installed it 3 or 4 time with no luck, I still get the same results at the screenshots posted above.

Hi, I am seeing elements from other scenery there in KSAN, they may be excluding my airport. Are you absolutely sure you don't have anything else active? can I see pictures of your scenery library or addon list?

Yes. I was working with a clean HDD after wiping it and installing Win 10 clean. all three hard drives was blank except for the OS. i installed orbx SCA then your scenery, making sure not to install Orbx scenery for KSAN.

i'm noticing there's no uninstall program, what the best way to uninstall it and try again?

Okay, i just tried deactivating the SoCal scenery and the scenery worked fine. when i reactivated i got the same results as the screenshots from before. its odd because it worked fine before the i did the clean install.

Edit: I also tried installing orbx inside of P3d instead of outside in the orbx library with no luck.
Also how do i uninstall san safely to try installing again?

Hi, really don't know how does ORBX sca works with KSAN, but perhaps you can write on their forums and tell them what happens?
