It doesn't matter if I delete the cartayna data. even if you delete the sode data and reinstall the scenario from 0 the problem still persists. I have to go back to sode 1.6.8 to solve the problem

Hi, don't know why exactly this is happening, if you ran the SODE hotfix for LEMD it should have been fixed.

nonetheless, if you like I can give you a version of LEMD without the wet runway ever going on even if it rains.
