Problem with KMIA installer?

So i bought latinvfr KMIA v5 for p3d v4 and everytime i try to run the installer it starts and then comes up with an error and quits and i don't know what to do can someone please help me???

Encountered a sharing violation while accessing C:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3d v4\latinVFR\Miami_KMIAv5\Texture\AirportFireTruck_Alpha_me_tallic.dds.

Like everytime i run the installer its the same type of error just with a different component of the scenery whether in the texture file or the scenery file. i tried running it with my antivirus off and with it running as admin and it still does the same thing

Hi, can you select another destination for installation other than that one, perhaps on your documents, and then move it to the p3d folder?
