MSFS Xbox S/X terrain update messing with TJSJ Luis Munoz Marin Intl airport.

Hi,
MSFS updated terrain textures around LVFR TJSJ, and it is blocking parkings and gates D1 - 8 facing runmway 08. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it does not fix it. I bought the airport on Xbox Series X.
