I've noticed a few sunken taxiway signs around KMIA, see images below. Also is there a way to have the hold short lights render earlier, as you can see in the images you have to be very close.

Sorry about this, sometimes there are some updates on elevation and these objects are placed all around calibrated to the altitude around them, will have to take a look and update this.
