Bought LatinVFR KSAN FSX Version - Missing Now

About 3 years ago I bought the LatinVFR KSAN for FSX and used it quite a lot during 2020 and early 2021. I recently got back into flight sims and logged into my LatinVFR account and now the version I bought is missing the FSX version and only shows the P3D4 and P3D5 versions, I have a receipt that proves I did not buy this version and would like the FSX version. I emailed support@latinvfr.com a few days ago and got no response. Any help is appreciated! :?: :!:
