Latin VFR purchase thru Contrail

I just purchased KMSY & KMIA (MSFS) and was not aware the download was thru Contrail which I already have for Other sceneries ( FlightBeam Studios) My e mail for Contrail ( FlightBeam) is different than the e mail I used for Latin VFR registration. so it won't allow me to D/L via Contrail because of the different e mails,
Any help would be appreciated

hi, we responded to your email.

you must select LATINVFR from the bottom left hand corner and click connect. let us know

I Did that, but it did not work. See image below. I get an ERROR using contrail it wont let me log in. "ACCESS DENIED"

here's the Contrail ERROR [Access to the path
'C\Users\Tim\AppData\Roaming\ContrailApp\Profiles\a.json'
is denied
I have reach out to Contrail ......No reply from them.
There is a option to use serial #, but you gave me SKU#
Contrail is the problem and they wont reply. are there any other options to get the products I purchased?

I Uninstalled the contrail app, and deleted the Contrail App folder. then reinstalled.
