LEBL runway assignment with AIRAC 2203

With the runaway assignment chanced at LEBL, the latest AIRAC cycle is no longer able to match SID and STAR to the payware scenery.

Wonder if that needs to be fixed by MS/ASOBO or by LVFR?

We saw that, we just fixed the runways at LEBL, and still the problem persists, it should be fixed by MS/Asobo.
