MSFS KSAN city scenery

Is it possible to remove the KSAN airport but still have the city scenery you made? I'm using the non marketplace version. thanks.
Not at the moment there isn't.
The way the scenery is compiled is for the marketplace, and it doesn't allow for certain scenery elements to be removed, unfortunately.
