SLLP La Paz crashing sim

Just purchased and installed plus installed the update. Beautiful! However, there is 1 file in the terrain scenery that keeps crashing the sim, Lapazphoto_VTPL.BGL. If I remove that file everything works great, but then I have a black blotch at the end of runway 28. Any fix for this? I tried disabling all but the required sceneries and it still crashes if that particular file is in the scenery folder to La Paz terrain. thx

can you send us a picture of how it looks without that file?
