Not receiving MSFS discount for P3Dv5 owned scenery

I have KBDL for P3Dv5, but when I try to get the same scenery for MSFS I don't get the discount. I've tried on several occasions to me getting a pop-up box saying it's not available to me right now. Is there a reason for this?
