static aircraft

Hello
I have noticed that I have practitly no static aircraft in 3rd sceneries.
For example, at LEMD, terminal 4, I have only 3 static aircraft, at GCLP, no aircrafts at all.
Have anyone experienced this?
Any idea?
PS: I have selected, as recommended, zero static aircraft at airport as part of the traffic settings.
