Grounds Services Connectin A330-900

Ok, i thought i'd sorted this, but no. I cannot for the live of me get ground services to connect via the EFB when landed in the a330-900. I can often request gate, cargo doors open, exits open, but stairs won't connect, GPU wont connect, stairs won't connect. What gives?

this only happens when you land?
if so, make sure all engines are off and parking brake set.

Yeah we're all set, engines are cut, starter switches are off, parking brake is set. What's weird is that the cargo doors will always work, the exit doors will always work, but never the GPU, or stairs, or luggage. I feel like I'm missing Wheel chocks or some kind of script that means it wont work until this one thing is done.

Just did some more testing. Stated at gate, all EFB ground services working perfectly! Switched engines on, still at the gate, then shut them off, waiting for everything to close down on the engines, EFB Ground services no longer working, still in the same position. Something being triggered by the engines being switched on

are the engine starters on IGN?

No, egines are shut down, ignition knob is centred so not on. Everything is shut down. It's funny, because I just bought you A340 it is suffers from the exact issue!

So i just tried with all ground services connected at start of flight, then I cranked the engines. A a certain point all ground services just disappear, which is fine, so the engines are the trigger. The issue is when you shut the engines off, nothing can be reconnected.

Ricardo would you just simply put the same engine cowling from the HighFly livery onto the Delta stock A330 NEO? I’m literally begging man. I support you and your company and thoroughly enjoy your products and defend you guys on forums. Even though I know that’s not needed but I enjoy your products and I won’t stand for the slander of LVFR. But please Ricardo do that and I promise I won’t ever bother you again but the lines on the engine cowling on the stock delta a339 really just kills my eyes! Everything else is awesome! Oh and also the same for the Virgin Atlantic A339. RR badges missing the lines on engine. And the fuselage lines on the ITA. Thank you for all your hard work. Eagerly awaiting the A330 CEO and A340-600!
