A318/319 Czech Airlines livery and future fixes?

Hello, can You please add CSA (Czech Airlines) livery to A318 and A319 and maybe A320 too?
And I have question about A320ceo - will be possible to add option to remove "decorations" in cockpit(watter bottle, coffe cup, manuals etc.)?
And last question - in every model collide passenger cabin textures with back walll of cockpit near doors(white textures passes through), will there by fix for this?
