KBWI - Departing AI Traffic

Post by SLR01 » Thu Nov 10, 2022 8:28 pm

Hello. Just purchased the new KBWI scenery for MSFS and it looks great. I launched the sim and loaded in FSLTL. I saw flights arriving and taxiing to their respective gates but unfortunately, I never saw any flights depart - they would just sit at the gate and then disappear. I closed the injector and turned on AI Online traffic and the same thing happened. I'm not sure if this has something to do with FSLTL or the scenery. Is anyone else having this problem?

Great! Thank you!

Also, I sent you a message the other day regarding terrain issues at KSAN around the WN gates. You asked that I report it here on the forum. Do you want me to create a new topic about it?

Very sorry but we might have missed it. Please tell us exactly what's wrong here.

The terrain issue at KSAN? I noticed the other day while taxiing to 27 from gate 16, the terrain was uneven and caused my aircraft (PMDG 737-700) to shake pretty violently. I also noticed what looked like a fault line caused by an earthquake between gates 12 and 13.

oh yes I see what you mean. When we did KSAN we made some flatten polys in some points and this happened. We need to make some transitions.

After doing a few takeoffs and landings at KBWI, it seems as though the taxiways there are a bit bumpy as well.

Yes, I tested the same problem yesterday. Flights got clearances and requested push back. The sim removed them and the flight respawned at the gate again. You can actually see the message in the FSLTL output. It also doesn't matter if you are using AIG or FSLTL. I then removed the airport and used the the freeware KBWI I had before. No issues. There is an issue with parking connecting with the taxiway at all gates. There is also a gate 202 at C14. I am sure that is an error. The terrain is not good at all.

We have replicated the issue and currently trying to fix it. For some reason we are having a real hard time fixing it. But will get it sorted, we hope soon.

We found the reason for the no departure and we just fixed it. We hope to submit an update tomorrow via contrail. Sorry about this.
